The purpose of the website is to present the Spacivox service offering to potential customers and to allow them to contact Spacinov.

Personal data collected when using the website

Spacinov collects and processes personal data concerning the Client when using the website as follows.

Spacinov is responsible for processing its data and has appointed a data protection officer whose contact details are provided at the end of this document.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data are transmitted to Spacinov in charge of customer and prospect management, orders and contracts, and IT support.

Personal data may also be communicated to subcontractors (hosters, software suppliers) acting on the instructions of Spacinov or to recipients acting as data controller, for the purposes set out above, such as payment service providers, banks or consultants. These recipients process the personal data of data subjects in accordance with their own privacy policies, under their own responsibility.

If required by law, Spacinov may transmit data in order to follow up on claims made against it and to comply with administrative and legal procedures.

Client's rights to personal data

Individuals within the Client company whose personal data is processed have a right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation as well as the right to request to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, for the purpose of transmitting it to another data controller.

Any such request should be addressed to gdpr@spacivox.com. If they consider it useful, they may lodge a complaint with the CNIL concerning the way in which Spacinov processes their personal data.

Cookies

The only cookies used by the Spacivox website are those necessary for the website to function. They are managed directly by Spacinov.
